90-Minute Intuitive Therapeutic Massage. Give yourself the gift of more time to unwind, release, and restore. This 90-minute session allows us to drop in deeper, with focused attention on the areas that need it most. I combine therapeutic techniques—deep tissue, fascia release, Swedish massage, and intuitive healing—to help your body soften, realign, and breathe. It’s a full-body reset that supports not only physical relief but emotional and energetic balance, too.
